About Agency Dubai
A Web Design and SEO Agency That Puts Scope and Price in Writing
We design and build websites, and the search foundations behind them, for small and medium businesses, founders and professional firms in Dubai and across the UAE. We publish starting prices, agree a written scope before work starts and fix the price for that scope.
Who we serve
Who we work with
We work with small and medium businesses, founders and professional-service firms that need a website they can rely on, at a price they know before they commit.
Our core services are website design and development, search engine optimisation and online stores. We also offer custom software, mobile apps and branding as additional services, each scoped individually.
We serve businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. Projects run by email and shared documents, so decisions and feedback are kept in writing.
What we do
What we do, and what we do not
Knowing our limits helps you decide quickly whether we are the right fit.
-
Websites with published packages
Business websites from a single landing page to around ten pages, sold as packages with starting prices in AED and their limits written out.
-
SEO measured against a baseline
Technical, on-page and local SEO and content planning, reported against the figures we record at the start.
-
Scoped builds and design
Online stores, custom software, mobile apps and branding, each defined in writing and priced for that scope.
-
No promises of rankings or leads
Nobody can honestly promise rankings, traffic or enquiries. We commit to the work and to how we measure it.
-
No shortcuts that put your site at risk
No bought links, near-duplicate pages for every area, or unreviewed machine translation. We build to Google Search Essentials.
-
No paid ads or social media management
We do not currently run advertising campaigns or manage social media accounts, so we will not sell you either.
How projects run
How a project runs
Each of these is written into your proposal, so you can hold us to it.
-
Step 1
A written scope before work starts
Your proposal lists the pages or features, languages, revision rounds, exclusions, a typical timeline, the price for that scope, applicable taxes and payment terms. Nothing starts until you approve it.
-
Step 2
A fixed price for the agreed scope
The price does not change unless you ask to change the scope. Additions are quoted in writing as change requests, and you decide before any work is done.
-
Step 3
Milestones you review
Work is delivered in stages, such as design, build and launch, each ending in something you review. Feedback is gathered in consolidated rounds, as your proposal states.
-
Step 4
Direct communication
You deal by email with the people designing and building your project, so questions reach someone who can answer them.
-
Step 5
Handover, with accounts in your name
Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name throughout. At launch you keep full access, plus any handover guide your package includes.
Standards
The standards we build to
These describe how we build and what we check before launch. Package cards list exactly what each tier includes: the search foundations below come with Business and Growth, while Launch includes a page title, description and sharing preview.
Accessibility and usability
- Readable colour contrast and text sizes
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
- Labelled form fields and clear error messages
- Checks based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Speed
- Images resized and served in modern formats
- Minimal scripts, to keep pages light on mobile connections
- Layouts and speed checked on phones, tablets and desktop before launch
Search foundations
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page
- Unique page titles and meta descriptions
- XML sitemap and structured data where appropriate
- No doorway pages, hidden text or unreviewed auto-translated copies
Security and privacy
- HTTPS on every site we publish
- Forms that ask only for what you need, with spam protection
- Account access that you grant and can remove
Published pricing
Why we publish our prices
Websites are hard to compare when prices appear only after a sales call. Publishing starting prices, with the scope and exclusions next to them, lets you judge whether we fit your budget before you spend time on an enquiry.
It also holds us to account. Each price buys the scope written on its card, and every package shows the same details: pages, languages, revision rounds, typical timeline and what is not included. You can compare them on our pricing page.
Work that cannot be priced from a card, such as online stores, custom software and apps, is quoted individually once we understand the requirements. That is why those pages say ‘scoped individually’ instead of showing a number.
Next step
Start with a written proposal
Tell us what you need through the quote form. We reply by email with questions or a proposal that sets out the scope, exclusions and a fixed price for that scope.
