Prices and proposals

Prices on this website are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required and shown in your written proposal. Package prices are ‘starting from’ prices or price ranges for the scope described with each package. Some services, such as custom software and complex e-commerce, are priced only in an individual proposal.

You cannot order a package directly from the website. The scope, exclusions, typical timeline, applicable taxes, payment terms and price for your project are set out in a written proposal, and they become binding only when you accept that proposal.

Sending the quote form does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us.

We may change the prices and scope shown on the website at any time. A change does not affect a written proposal you have already accepted.

Search rankings and results

Search engines decide rankings with their own systems, which we do not control. We do not guarantee any ranking or position, traffic, number of enquiries, sales or revenue, or that your content will appear in AI-generated answers or assistants. Google’s own guidance says that no one can guarantee a first-place ranking on Google (external link).

Timelines on this website are typical estimates, not commitments. The timeline for your project is set out in its written proposal. Nothing on this website is a promise of results for your business.

Ownership of website content

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Agency Dubai or are used under licence, for example photographs. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with a link to the page they came from.

You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of this website, or present them as your own, without our written permission. Nothing on this website gives you permission to use our name or logo.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project’s proposal and agreement, not in these terms.

Using the website and the quote form

We may block access from, or ignore submissions by, anyone who breaks these rules. When you use this website, please do not:

• Send false details, or send an enquiry in someone else’s name without their permission
• Send spam, advertising, malicious code, or unlawful, abusive or offensive content
• Use automated tools to submit the quote form
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its data, or disrupt how it works
