Services
A website is usually the starting point. SEO helps it stay discoverable over time, and e-commerce adds the ability to sell online.
Business websites designed and built to a written scope, with AED starting prices and set revision rounds.
Technical, on-page, local and content SEO, planned in writing and reported against a baseline, with no ranking guarantees.
Online stores with AED pricing, the payment and delivery set-up you choose, and product pages structured for search, each scoped individually.
Custom software, mobile apps and branding are not part of the website packages. Each is priced in a written proposal once we understand the requirements.
Dashboards, portals, integrations and workflow automation, scoped individually and priced in a written proposal.
iOS and Android apps, recommended only when an app suits the job better than a website, and scoped individually.
Logos, identity systems, Arabic–Latin typography, brand guidelines and UX/UI support, scoped individually.
Packages
Every package lists its pages, languages, revision rounds, typical timeline and what is not included. Each starting price buys the scope on its card, and your written proposal confirms the fixed price for your agreed scope before work starts.

Before you compare. Each starting price buys the scope listed on its card. Domain and hosting are not included: they are in your name and paid directly to your providers, including renewals. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required and shown in your written proposal.
How we work
You know what happens next at every stage, and what we need from you to keep it moving.
Step 1
Send a short brief through the quote form: what your business does, what the site must achieve and any deadline. We reply by email, usually with a few questions.
Step 2
We send a written proposal listing pages, features, languages, revision rounds, exclusions, a typical timeline, the fixed price for that scope, applicable taxes and payment terms. Work starts only when you approve it.
Step 3
On Business and Growth, we design the key pages first, so you can review layout, typography and content hierarchy before the rest is built. Launch is assembled from our component system and reviewed as a complete page. Feedback is collected in the consolidated rounds your package states.
Step 4
We build the approved design with semantic HTML, responsive layouts and the SEO foundations in your package, then test it on phones, tablets and desktop browsers.
Step 5
We publish the site on your domain and hosting, check forms, redirects and page titles, and hand over any logins and the editing guide your package includes. Defects in our work are fixed during the post-launch fix period.
Why us
What you can hold us to. These are commitments about how we work, not promises about results.
From the Business package up, pages are designed for your brand rather than adapted from a purchased theme. Launch uses our standard component system, and its card says so.
Your proposal lists pages, features, languages, revision rounds and exclusions. Anything that is not listed is quoted in writing before we do it.
Business and Growth sites include semantic HTML, unique titles and descriptions, an XML sitemap and structured data where appropriate. You can check each one yourself after launch.
You deal directly with the people designing and building your site, by email, so questions reach someone who can answer them.
Launch, Business and Growth have published AED starting prices, and each card lists what the price does not cover. The price for your agreed scope stays fixed unless you ask to change that scope.
FAQ
Questions about VAT, add-ons and monthly plans are answered on the pricing page.
Most of the cost comes from five things: the number of pages, how much of the design is custom, whether your text and images are ready, how many languages the site needs, and any functionality beyond an enquiry form, such as online payments or integrations.
Our pricing page shows what each package includes at its starting price. For a fuller explanation, read our guide to website design costs in Dubai.
It is the price for exactly the scope listed on that package: the pages, design approach, revision rounds and inclusions shown on the card.
The price rises only if you need more than the package lists, such as extra pages, an Arabic version or copywriting. Your written proposal states the price for the agreed scope before work starts, and it stays fixed unless you ask to change that scope.
Launch is shown as a range. The pricing page explains what moves the price within it.
Each package shows a typical timeline. It starts once we have your final text, images and logo files, and it depends on how quickly feedback comes back at each review round.
Your proposal includes an estimated schedule. If you have a fixed date, such as a product launch, mention it in the quote form and we will tell you plainly whether it is realistic.
You do, unless you add copywriting to your proposal. We tell you what each page needs, suggest a structure, and review what you send for length and clarity before we build.
Stock photo licences are not included. If you do not have suitable images, we can suggest where to license them or design the pages around restrained graphic elements instead.
Your domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name and paid directly to the providers, so you stay in control of them. We work on them through access you grant and can remove at any time.
Ownership of the finished site’s design and code is set out in your proposal and project agreement. Third-party items such as fonts, plugins and stock images remain under their own licences.
Yes, on Business, Growth and custom projects, as a separately scoped addition. Launch is English only.
Arabic versions are localised for UAE readers: adapted rather than translated word for word, reviewed before launch, and built as genuine right-to-left layouts with their own page addresses. Our guide to bilingual Arabic–English websites explains what is involved.
Nobody can promise that. Google’s own guidance says no one can guarantee a top ranking (external link), and it advises caution with anyone who claims otherwise.
What we control is the build. From the Business package up, sites include the technical foundations that help search engines crawl and understand them. Any gain in search visibility takes months and depends on useful content and ongoing work, which our SEO service covers.
We read your brief and reply by email, usually with a few questions about content, features and timing. Once we have what we need, we send a written proposal with the scope, exclusions, typical timeline and a fixed price for that scope.
There is no obligation, and we do not add you to marketing emails. We use your details to respond to your enquiry, as set out in our privacy policy. You can start with the quote form or read about our web design service first.

Send a short brief through the form. We reply by email with questions or a written proposal that sets out the scope, exclusions and a fixed price for that scope.
