You do not need a formal brief. Short answers to these questions are enough to start.

- What your business does and who your customers are
- Your current website, if you have one
- Any websites you like, and what you like about them
The project
- What the website, store or software must achieve
- Pages or features you already know you need
- Whether you need English only, or English and Arabic
- Your target launch date, and whether it is fixed
- Systems it must connect to, such as payment or accounting software
Budget and content
- A budget range, if you have one
- Whether your text, images and logo are ready

What happens after you send the form

We read your brief
You see a confirmation on screen once your message is sent. It goes straight to the people who would work on your project.

We reply by email
Usually with a few questions about content, features and timing, or to tell you plainly if the project is not a good fit for us.

You receive a written proposal
It sets out the scope, exclusions, revision rounds, a typical timeline, the price for that scope, applicable taxes and payment terms. You decide whether to go ahead.
Your details
A note on privacy
Please do not send passwords, account logins or sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, through the form. If the project goes ahead, we arrange access to your accounts separately.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, as set out in our privacy policy. Our replies come by email, so check your spam folder if you are expecting one.
