Web design & development

Web Design for Dubai Businesses, Scoped and Priced Before We Start

We design and build business websites for companies in Dubai and across the UAE. Every project starts with a written scope listing the pages, revision rounds and exclusions, and a fixed price for that scope.

What we build

Websites for SMEs, founders and professional firms

Our web design service is for businesses whose customers compare options before they get in touch: consultancies, contractors, accounting and legal practices, B2B suppliers, training providers and founders launching a new service.

The website’s job is to explain what you do in plain terms, show why you are credible and make it easy to send an enquiry. We plan every page around that job, starting with the questions your customers ask before they buy.

Online payments, client portals and connections to other systems are scoped separately. See e-commerce websites and custom software, which are both priced individually.

Included

What every Business and Growth site includes

Launch is a single English page built from our standard component system, and its card lists exactly what it includes. From Business up, every site has the following.

  • Responsive layouts

Designed for small screens first, then checked on phones, tablets and desktop browsers before launch.

  • Semantic, crawlable HTML

Proper headings and page content delivered as plain HTML, which search engines and screen readers can read without running scripts.

  • Speed and Core Web Vitals

Correctly sized, compressed images and minimal script, tested in lab tools before launch. Data from real visitors builds up afterwards and also depends on your hosting.

  • Accessibility basics

Readable contrast, visible focus states, keyboard navigation, labelled form fields and alt text for meaningful images. A formal accessibility audit is not included.

  • On-page SEO foundations

A unique title and meta description for each page, one main heading per page, an XML sitemap, structured data where appropriate and Search Console verification.

  • Enquiry form

Short, clearly labelled fields. Each submission is sent to your email address, with spam protection.

  • Content you can edit

Update text and images yourself. Growth adds a content management system with a blog. New page types and layout changes are quoted separately.

Choosing

Which package fits your business

If you are comparing affordable web design in Dubai, look at what each price buys: the pages, revision rounds, who writes the content and how hosting is handled.

  • One offer, one page: Launch

For a new business, single service or event that needs one credible page in English. It uses our standard component system and includes one revision round. The number of sections, a simple enquiry form and image editing move the price within its range.

  • A complete company site: Business

Up to five pages, such as Home, About, Services and Contact, with custom-styled design, content you can edit, an enquiry form and foundational technical SEO.

  • Content and search: Growth

Around 8–10 pages with richer custom design, a blog, a keyword-to-page map and analytics with enquiry tracking. It suits a business that plans to invest in search over time.

  • Selling online or connecting systems

Online stores, portals and integrations sit outside these packages. Each is priced in a scoped proposal once the requirements are clear.

Packages

Web design packages

Each card lists the pages, language, revision rounds, typical timeline, exclusions and how domain and hosting are handled, in the same order, so you can compare them like for like. Your written proposal confirms the final figure for your agreed scope before work starts.

How we work

How a web design project runs

Five stages, from your first brief to a live site. The typical timeline on your package card covers them and starts once your final content is in.

Template or custom

Template or custom design: the honest trade-off

A template, or in our case a standard component system, is quicker and cheaper because the layouts already exist. The trade-off is that your content has to fit the layouts, not the other way round. That is how the Launch package keeps its price down.

Custom-styled design starts from your content and brand. It costs more and takes longer, but the site looks like your business rather than a theme. Business sites are custom-styled, and Growth adds individually designed layouts for key pages.

Search engines do not reward custom design for its own sake. What helps is pages that load quickly, are easy to crawl and answer the searcher’s question, which either approach can deliver when it is built well. Our guide to template versus custom websites goes further.

Arabic

Ready for Arabic when you are

Launch is English only. On Business, Growth and custom projects, an Arabic version can be added as a separately scoped item in your proposal.

Arabic pages are localised for UAE readers: adapted rather than translated word for word, reviewed before launch, and built as genuine right-to-left layouts with their own page addresses. Unreviewed machine translation is also a search risk: Google’s spam policies (external link) count pages generated at scale through automated translation, with little value for users, as scaled content abuse.

If Arabic is likely later, tell us at the start so the English site is planned for it. Our guide to bilingual Arabic–English websites explains what is involved.

Exclusions

What the package price does not cover

Some of these can be added to your proposal at an agreed price. Others are paid directly to your providers.

Content and assets

  • Copywriting: you supply the final text unless copywriting is added
  • Stock photo licences and photography
  • Logo design and brand identity

Accounts and running costs

  • Domain registration and hosting fees, paid to your providers in your name
  • Renewals of your domain, hosting and any paid software
  • Business email accounts, premium fonts and plugin licences

Larger scope

  • An Arabic version, unless it is scoped in your proposal
  • Online payments, e-commerce and third-party integrations
  • Ongoing SEO work after launch
  • Changes after launch, other than defect fixes during the post-launch fix period

Beyond the build

Search, branding and care after launch

A well-built site is easy for search engines to crawl, but search visibility comes from content and ongoing work, which our SEO service covers. Starting without a logo or visual identity? Our branding and design service can come first.

For software updates, backups, security patching and content edits after launch, there is an optional website care plan. It and the other add-ons are on the pricing page.

FAQ

Questions about web design projects

How much does a business website cost?

Each package on this page shows an AED starting price, and that price buys the scope on its card. The cost rises with more pages, more custom design, copywriting, an Arabic version or functionality beyond an enquiry form. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required and shown in your written proposal. The proposal also sets out the payment terms.

The pricing page compares every package, and our guide to website design costs in Dubai explains what drives the price.

Is a one-page Launch site enough for my business?

Yes, if you have one offer and one message. Launch is one landing page in English with one revision round and no content editor, so later changes are made by us and quoted, or covered by a website care plan.

To explain several services or publish articles, Business or Growth will serve you better. If you are unsure, describe the project in the quote form and we will recommend a package with our reasons.

How long does a website take to build?

Each package card shows a typical timeline. It starts once we have your final text, images and logo files, and depends on how quickly feedback comes back. If you have a fixed date, tell us at the start and we will say plainly whether it is realistic.

What do you need from me during the project?

Final text for each page unless copywriting is in your scope, your logo files and images, access to your domain and hosting, and one consolidated set of feedback per revision round. It also helps to name one person on your side who can approve decisions.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

On Business and Growth sites, yes. You edit text and images yourself, and Growth adds a content management system with a blog. Launch has no content editor, so changes are quoted as needed or covered by a website care plan, described on the pricing page.

Who owns the domain, hosting and finished site?

Your domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name and paid directly to the providers, and their renewals are an ongoing cost. Ownership of the finished design and code is set out in your proposal and project agreement before work starts. Fonts, plugins and stock images stay under their own licences.

Will my new website rank on Google?

No one can promise that, and Google’s guidance warns against anyone who guarantees rankings (external link). From Business up, we build the site so search engines can crawl and understand it. That is a foundation, not a ranking: visibility builds over months, and Google notes that some changes take several months to be reflected (external link).
