Web Design
Business websites designed and built to a written scope, with AED starting prices and set revision rounds.
Technical, local and content SEO
We find and fix what stops search engines understanding your site, give each important search a clear page and plan content around real customer questions. We record where you stand before we start and report against it, with no ranking promises.
Our approach
SEO makes it easier for Google to crawl, understand and show your pages, and easier for the people who find them to act. For most businesses in Dubai and the UAE, that means fixing technical problems, giving each important search a clear page and publishing content that answers what customers actually ask.
It is a long-term channel. The early months typically go to technical fixes and content, and any results build over the months after that. Google’s advice on hiring an SEO (external link) is clear that no one can guarantee a top ranking, so we don’t. We commit to a written plan, named deliverables and reports you can check against your own data.
Planning a new website? The same advice names a redesign or a new site launch as a good time to involve an SEO (“the earlier, the better”), so the site is built to be search-friendly from the start. See our web design service, or e-commerce websites for online stores, where product-page SEO is part of the build.
What’s included
Your proposal lists which of these your site needs and in what order. We sell the work and how we measure it, not a number of keywords, links or posts.
A crawl of your site alongside Search Console data, covering indexing, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, duplicate pages, mobile rendering and speed. You get a prioritised list of issues, each with its likely impact and effort.
Where we have access, we make the fixes ourselves. If your site runs on a platform we did not build, the audit says which fixes need your developer.
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, navigation, URLs and internal links, so each page has one clear job and important pages are easy to reach.
One primary search intent for each page, researched in English and, where an Arabic site is in scope, in Arabic. The map shows which pages to improve, merge or create.
Topics drawn from customer questions, Search Console queries and what your team hears from customers, each with a short brief. You write the content, or we add copywriting to the scope.
Markup where it accurately describes the page. It can make pages eligible for richer search results, but it does not guarantee them.
Search Console and analytics set up or checked, with enquiry-form submissions tracked as conversions, so reports show enquiries as well as visits.
Local SEO
For businesses that serve customers in person, local search often matters most: map results and searches that name an area of the city. Local SEO covers your Google Business Profile, consistent business details across directories, location information on your website and genuine reviews from real customers.
A Business Profile has eligibility rules. Google requires in-person contact with customers during your stated hours. Virtual offices, P.O. boxes and online-only businesses are not eligible, and a co-working space qualifies only with clear signage, your own staff on site and customers received there during business hours. Service-area businesses, such as contractors who visit customers, show a service area instead of an address, but cannot list a virtual office unless it is staffed during business hours. The detail is in Google’s Business Profile guidelines (external link).
We check eligibility before any profile work and only set up or improve a profile where your business is eligible. We also won’t create near-identical pages for each area or emirate, which Google’s spam policies treat as doorway pages. Our guide to local SEO in Dubai covers the set-up step by step.
AI search
To appear as a link in Google’s AI Overviews or AI Mode, a page has to be indexed and eligible to show in Google Search. Google says there are no additional requirements or special optimisations (external link) beyond that, and its guidance on generative AI search (external link) says Search ignores llms.txt files.
So our AI-search work is good SEO: content that is crawlable, clear, accurate and attributable, with a named business or author behind it, sources for its claims and direct answers to real questions. No agency controls which sources an AI Overview or chat assistant cites, so we don’t promise citations or sell “GEO hacks”.
Off limits
Some of these are still sold as SEO. The link, content and doorway tactics break Google’s spam policies, the listing tactics break its Business Profile guidelines, and the promises are ones Google itself warns about.
How it works
How long each stage takes depends on the size and state of your site, so your proposal gives an estimate rather than a promise.
Step 1
After a short review of your site, a written proposal sets out the audit, the first fixes and any monthly work, with the price for that scope and the payment terms. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Step 2
We record your current Search Console clicks, impressions and queries, indexed pages and tracked enquiries, then audit the site. If Search Console or analytics are missing, we set them up first and the baseline starts there.
Step 3
Audit findings ranked by likely impact and effort, then technical fixes, the keyword-to-page map and on-page improvements in the order we agree with you. The early months typically go here.
Step 4
If you continue with monthly work: content published against the plan, internal links updated as pages are added, and your Business Profile maintained where you are eligible.
Step 5
Each month, a report against the baseline: what we did, what moved, what didn’t and what we propose next.
SEO retainer
After the audit and first fixes, you can continue with an optional monthly retainer: technical monitoring and fixes using Search Console data, keeping the keyword-to-page map current, page improvements, content planning, Business Profile upkeep where you are eligible and a monthly report against your baseline.
The retainer is quoted individually, because the work depends on your site’s size and condition, how competitive your searches are and how much content you plan to publish. Your proposal sets out the monthly tasks, price, term, notice period and payment terms before you commit. See how it sits alongside our other plans on the pricing page.
FAQ
No, and no one else can either. Google says no one can guarantee a top ranking (external link) and warns against SEOs who claim to, or who claim a special relationship with Google. What we can commit to is the work itself: the deliverables in your proposal, done in the order we agree, and a monthly report against your baseline.
SEO is measured in months, not weeks. When progress comes, it usually shows first in Search Console, as more pages indexed and more impressions, and later in clicks and enquiries.
Google’s SEO Starter Guide (external link) notes that some changes take effect within hours and others take several months. Your site’s pace depends on its current state, your competitors and how much you publish, so the proposal gives an estimate for your site rather than a date.
Against the baseline we record at the start: Search Console clicks, impressions and queries for the pages in your keyword map, indexed pages, and enquiry-form submissions tracked in analytics. Rankings vary by person and location, so we report trends over time rather than single positions.
Not on this site yet. We publish case studies on our work page only when every fact is verified and the client has approved them in writing, so that page is empty for now rather than filled with examples nobody can check. Ask about your sector and we will tell you plainly what relevant experience we have, including when we have none.
For your city, the plan accounts for how customers name areas and landmarks, for searches in English and, if an Arabic version of your site is in scope, in Arabic (see our guide to bilingual Arabic–English websites), and for Business Profile eligibility at your premises. Your proposal lists what the audit covers and what each report contains, so you can judge the method before you commit.
Yes. Our work follows Google Search Essentials (external link), including its spam policies (external link). We don’t buy links, build doorway pages or publish unreviewed machine-translated pages at scale, and we don’t claim a special relationship with Google.
By email, directly with the people doing the work, plus a monthly report against the baseline. When we need a decision or access from you, we ask in writing and explain why it matters.
There is no list price. A small site in a quiet market needs far less work than a large one competing for busy searches, so we quote after a short review of your site. The proposal lists the audit, the first fixes and any monthly tasks, the price for that scope and, for monthly work, the term and notice period.
To start, send your website address through the quote form. If you are planning a new site as well, the Growth package includes a keyword-to-page map and analytics with enquiry tracking from launch: see the pricing page.
Next step
Send your website address, the services you want to be found for and any deadline. We reply by email with questions or a proposal covering the audit, the first fixes and any monthly work, with the price for that scope.
